How to cancel Peloton

Peloton’s membership help: cancel the All-Access (or digital) subscription from Account → Subscription on onepeloton.com or via the same account screens in the Peloton app when Peloton bills you. Confirm cancellation and save the confirmation—check the screen for the last billing date. Equipment financing, lease, or installment hardware agreements are separate from the subscription; cancelling All-Access does not pay off or cancel a bike/tread loan. If Apple or Google bills the membership, cancel in that store. Deleting the app does not cancel.
