How to cancel Orangetheory

Orangetheory Fitness studios are franchised, so cancel rules come from your home studio’s agreement plus brand process. Start at the official cancellation information page (orangetheory.com/en-us/cancellation-information) and submit what they ask; the studio still verifies. Many memberships require roughly 30 days notice—confirm the exact window on your contract and with the studio. You can also email or visit your home studio in person. Always get written confirmation (email or paper) with staff name, date, and when billing stops. Deleting the OTF app does not cancel. Policies vary by location and by the contract you signed.
