How to cancel Canva Pro

Canva’s help: if Canva bills you, sign in at canva.com, open Account settings → Billing (or Subscription / Plans), choose Cancel subscription / Cancel plan, and confirm. Save the confirmation. Canva Teams / org plans are cancelled by an admin with billing permission—not by every member. If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, cancel in that store instead. Deleting the Canva app does not cancel. After cancel you typically keep free Canva when the paid period ends; Pro-only features and storage rules change per Canva’s confirmation screens.

Difficulty: Online. Policies change. This is the path that usually works, not a substitute for your contract or the merchant’s current account screens.

Clearcut doesn't cancel subscriptions for you. These are the steps you take with Canva Pro yourself.

What does not work

  • Deleting the Canva app
  • A non-admin member cancelling a Canva Teams / org subscription
  • Cancelling on canva.com when Apple or Google is the merchant on your statement

Online

  1. 01Canva-billed: canva.com → Account settings → Billing / Subscription → Cancel. Confirm and save the confirmation.
  2. 02Teams / organization: an admin with billing access cancels in team billing settings.
  3. 03Apple billed: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Canva → Cancel Subscription.
  4. 04Google Play billed: Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Canva → Cancel.

Fees and traps

  • Wrong login (Google vs email vs Apple) can hide Billing—use the account that purchased Pro.
  • Team seats: leaving a team may not cancel the team’s subscription.
  • Access to Pro features usually continues until the end of the paid term. Check the confirmation screen.
  • Export or download designs you need if you rely on Pro-only exports before benefits end.
