Canva’s help: if Canva bills you, sign in at canva.com, open Account settings → Billing (or Subscription / Plans), choose Cancel subscription / Cancel plan, and confirm. Save the confirmation. Canva Teams / org plans are cancelled by an admin with billing permission—not by every member. If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, cancel in that store instead. Deleting the Canva app does not cancel. After cancel you typically keep free Canva when the paid period ends; Pro-only features and storage rules change per Canva’s confirmation screens.
Difficulty: Online. Policies change. This is the path that usually works, not a substitute for your contract or the merchant’s current account screens.
