How to cancel Apple One

Apple One is Apple’s bundle (Music, TV+, Arcade, iCloud+ tiers, and higher plans). Cancel it like any other Apple-billed subscription: on iPhone or iPad, Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Apple One → Cancel Subscription. On Mac: App Store → Account Settings → Subscriptions. On the web: account.apple.com. Family Sharing: only the organizer/purchaser’s Apple Account can cancel. Cancelling Apple One stops the bundle renewal; individual Apple services you still want must be resubscribed separately if you need them after the paid period ends. Carrier-billed Apple One (where offered) cancels with the carrier, not in this list. Deleting apps does not cancel Apple One.

Difficulty: Online, on the Apple Account that was charged. Policies change. This is the path that usually works, not a substitute for your contract or the merchant’s current account screens.

01Find the Apple receipt for Apple One and note which Apple Account paid.
02iPhone or iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Apple One → Cancel Subscription. Confirm.

04No Apple device: account.apple.com → sign in → manage subscriptions → Apple One → Cancel.
05If Apple One is missing from the list, you may be on a carrier-billed plan, a different Apple Account, or already cancelled—check the receipt and bank merchant.

Fees and traps

Bundle access usually continues until the end of the current billing period. Check the confirmation for the end date.
After Apple One ends, iCloud storage above the free tier can drop unless you keep a separate iCloud+ plan—watch storage warnings.
Individual Apple subscriptions you add later are billed separately from the old Apple One charge.
Wrong Apple Account (old email, Family member) will hide Apple One from Subscriptions.
