How to cancel Ancestry

Ancestry’s help: if Ancestry bills your membership, sign in at ancestry.com, open Account → Account Settings (or Membership / Subscription), choose Cancel membership or Cancel subscription, and confirm. Save the confirmation. If Apple or Google Play is the merchant on your statement, cancel Ancestry in that store’s subscriptions list. Buying a DNA kit is a separate product from a recurring All Access / US Discovery / other membership—cancelling membership does not refund a kit, and a kit purchase alone may not create a recurring membership. Deleting the app does not cancel a paid membership.
